Student Acceptable Use Agreement

It is [name of organization] policy to maintain an environment that fosters ethical and responsible behavior in all online network activities of staff and students. This Directive is a breach of this Directive where a staff member, student or other person carries out activities which do not comply with the defined objective and the general rules and directives of the network. In this General Directive, the [name of the organisation] recognises its legal and ethical obligation to protect the well-being of the pupils under its responsibility. To this end, the [name of the organization] retains the following rights and recognizes the following obligations: The [name of the organization] recognizes the value of computers and other electronic resources in improving students` learning and improving the management and operation of their schools. To that end, the [name of the management body] shall encourage the responsible use of computers; computer networks, including the Internet; and other electronic resources in support of the mission and objectives of [name of organization] and its schools.
